[en] SHAM-SC chip is a hybrid integrated circuit (IC). It was made in USA in the past years. Now, the authors try to produce it in China. SHAM-SC is used in Shower Electronic System of BES-II, and it's the core of the Sampling and Holding Module. The performances of SHAM-SC affect directly the data processing result. The author introduces the producing progress of hybrid IC in China, and also describes the testing theory of SHAM-SC

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper describes the testing theory and design considerations for a testing device of ASD/BLR. This device includes pulse generator, signal drivers and signal receiver. In this device, input is fast pulse, its front edge only 2nS; its output is 32 channel digital signals. The module is designed with 6 layer PCB (printed circuit board). ASD/BLR is the core of straw tube readout system. This chip has powerful signal process function which makes it very easy to use. One ASD/BLR chip can treat eight channels straw tube readout signals. [en] 1Wire bus, which is wildly used in the design of BESIII Slow Control System, is a king of bus with excellent cost performance for monitoring temperature and analogy. USB has many good qualities such as supporting hot-plugging, easy to extending and not occupying less system resources, which is wildly used on computer. Based on the requirement of BESIII Slow Control System, the design and realization of 1WireBus-USB that is a bus master for 1Wire bus is introduced in this paper. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The system described herein mainly consists of sample-hold circuit, multiplexer A/D converter and analog bus. A method of computer online correction is used. The problems with measuring errors caused by gain variation, integrated nonlinearity, pedestal of analog swithch, influence of transmission cable and so on were solved, so good linearity and stability have been obtained. The main specifications are as follows: nonlinearity < 0.2%, σ noise is about 1.3 BADC bit, cross influence < 1%, resolution in Z direction < 0.6% (SQS shower counter model)
