The problems with measuring errors caused by gain variation, integrated nonlinearity, pedestal of analog swithch, influence of transmission cable and so on were solved, so good linearity and stability have been obtained. The main specifications are as follows: nonlinearity < 0.2%, σ noise is about 1.3 BADC bit, cross influence < 1%, resolution in Z direction < 0.6% (SQS shower counter model)
