AbstractAbstract

[en] The main parameters, equipment and features of the 5 MW LPR are briefly introduced. The main feature is the utilization of discharged fuel element by HFETR. Failure detection system has been set up for monitoring of each fuel element. Neutron transmutation doping of monocrystal silicon, production of Mo-Tc isotope, and topaz irradiation are main tasks of this reactor
