AbstractAbstract
[en] Young coffee plants (Coffea arabica, L., var. Caturra) were grown under different conditions of mineral nutrition (1/8 N-P-K, N-P-K, 3 N-P-K, N 1/2-P-K and N-2P-K) and illumination (directly in the sunlight or shaded) with the aim of studying the effect of light and mineral nutrition on carbohydrate and organic acid content of the leaves. For determining these compounds 14CO2 was used. Sugars were separated after the method of paper chromatography. The results obtained showed that the incorporation of 14C in sugars and organic acids was more intensive in plants grown directly in the sunlight, while in starch 14C was incorporated more intensively in the shaded plants. Carbohydrate content rose parallel to the increase of nitrogen in the nutrient solution. Changingthe rate of phosphorus from 1/2P to two doses exerted highest effect on 14C incorporation in starch and in hemicellulose. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Requirements to value of zero level stability and to amplification of spectrometric circuit increase at gamma-spectroscopy with semiconductor detectors, mainly, during long-term measurements and high counting rates. Spectrum digital stabilizer which operates under Z80 microprocessor control, is described. Due to its perculiar circuit situation this stabilizer does not introduce additional dead time

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper reports that U-235 alpha value was measured in the thermal point. The new method based on multiplicity spectrometry has been developed and the appropriate experimental set up was created with multisectional scintillation gamma detector Romashka as a main part. The experiment has been performed at the 2 MW research reactor in Sofia. The alpha value obtained is α = 0.169 ± 0.004. This result permits us to consider the discrepancy between the integral and the spectroscopic measurement of U-235 alpha-value in the thermal point resolved

AbstractAbstract
[en] The static nuclear moments are important part of our knowledge of the nucleus since they can give us specific information both on the single-particle properties of the nuclear wave function (magnetic moment) as well as the level of deformation and collectivity (quadrupole moments). In addition the dynamic moments (transition probabilities), depending on the properties of the two nuclear states connected by the nuclear transition, can help us getting some insight into the configuration mixing and probe specific components of the nuclear wave function. There is no doubt that the nuclear moments in general provide us one of the most stringent tests of the nuclear models. Results from some recent experiments on moment measurements of microsecond experiments, performed with fragmented beams at GANIL, will be discussed. Very preliminary results on the use of post-accelerated isomeric beams at REX-ISOLDE will be presented and some non-standard applications of the Coulomb-excitation techniques will be mentioned. Ideas for developments of new techniques and their utilization with radioactive beams will be presented
