AbstractAbstract
[en] The ranges of stratification and peculiarities of temperature dependence of the ultrasound velocity near the proper critical points are investigated in detail by an experimental way. Ultrasound velocities in Ga-Te, Ga-Bi and Ga-Pb systems are investigated. It is shown that the presence of two types of interatomic bonds in melts allows to feel the development of supercritical phenomena by means of investigation of the ultrasound velocity. Phase transitions liquid-biquid-in electron melts are prepared at the one-phase state before the transition temperature reaches the two-phase state

AbstractAbstract
[en] Roentgenographic study on structure of Sn-Te system alloys, obtained at superhigh rates of melt cooling, is carried out. Absence of noticeable structural-phase effects within the compounds interval up to 50 at. % was identified. Formation of new phase with cubic structure and pronounced expansion in the area of solid solutions on the basis of tellurium hexagonal lattice was established in the compounds range between tin monotelluride and tellurium. Formation of glass-crystal materials is observed in the area of gamma-phase existence by increase in superheating temperature relative to equivilibrium liquidus. 11 refs., 2 figs

[en] Based on a system of non-polarized ionic radii and through plotting of correlative relationships of the physicochemical properties of the universal parameter tgα, such properties of francium, as the starting baric coefficient of the melting curve melting, heat and point, thermal capacity, density, viscosity, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity have been predicted. Estimated was the reliability of the results, which made it possible to plot, with sufficient confidence, temperature dependences of the density, the thermal capacity of francium in the range of temperatures between Tsub(melt) and 1500 K
