[en] The complex technology of melting, rolling and hot treatment of the 10KhSNDA and 15KhSNDA steels for production of sheets 12, 14, 16 and 20 mm thick is experimentally developed. It is recommended to decrease the C, Mn, Ni and Cr content and introduce the V and Ni micro additions with the purpose of improving the weldability without loss of strength. The steel, melted in an arc furnace, was subjected to deoxidation and out-of-furnace desulfurization. The obtained ingots underwent thermal strengthening from the rolling temperature and accelerated cooling The hot-rolled sheets after quenching and tempering had fine-grained ferrite-perlitic properties, corresponding to the standard requirements

Экспериментально разработана комплексная технология выплавки, прокатки и термической обработки сталей 10ХСНДА и 15ХСНДА для производства листов толщиной 12, 14, 16 и 20 мм. С целью улучшения свариваемости без потери прочности рекомендуется уменьшить содержание C, Mn, Ni и Cr и ввести микродобавки V и Nb. Сталь, выплавленная в дуговой печи, подвергалась раскислению и внепечной десульфуризации. Полученные слитки проходили термоупрочнение с температуры прокатки и ускоренное охлаждение. Горячекатанные листы после закалки и отпуска имели мелкозернистую феррито-перлитную структуру и механические свойства, соответствующие предъявляемым стандартом требованиямOriginal Title

[en] A method of thermodynamic analysis of intergranular corrosion of austenitic steels was used for finding an analytical dependence of a corrosion index - the maximum temperature (Tsub(max)) of intergranular corrosion, on the chemical composition of the steel. A lower carbon (nitrogen) activity leads to a lower Tsub(max), i.e. to a higher resistance of steel to this type of corrosion. It is shown analytically that Tsub(max)<=Tsub(eq), an equilibrium temperature of carbide formation in steel, and also the difference 1/Tsub(eq) - 1/T are governed primarily by the concentration of chromium in the steel. Agreement of the dependencies obtained with the available experimental data points to the possibility of using the proposed method of finding Tsub(max) on the basis of thermodynamic data

[en] Probable reasons for arising tendency to intergranular corrosion (IGC) of Ni-Mo base alloys are analyzed. It is disclosed experimentally that carbide precipitation over grain boundaries with corresponding molybdenum depletion of near the boundary sections is one of the basic mechanisms. Growth of molybdenum content is shown to increase corrosive resistance of the alloy decreasing current density in the anode region
