AbstractAbstract
[en] Analysis of examination of 77 patients from 17 to 77 years with liver echinoccosis of subdiaphragmatic surface is presented. All patients were operated. Straight roentgenoscopy and radiography with barium suspension, scintiscanning of the liver using Au-198 colloid solution and echoscopy and echography are carried out. Use of scintiscanning and ultrasonic investigation of the liver in combination with roentgenologic method permitted to state true diagnosis that is further verified in surgical intervention

AbstractAbstract
[en] A description of a structural and ultrastructural organization of a normally developing and irradiated cell of Mycobacterium rubrum is given. The cytomorphological differentiation of membrane bacterial structures and radiation their functional role are shown. When ionizing role of membrane is used as a tool for decoding the structures their relationship with a certain cell function is confirmed. A description of damages of different individually functioning membrane systems under cell irradiation is given. It is shown that at suppression of peptidoglycane synthesis the mesosomes are absent in the cells, at their hypertrophy the hypersynthesis of cell wall material is observed. An increase in the level of cell metabolic processes results in an increase of the number of mitochondrial analogs. It is shown that the disturbance of the cell division function is caused by the damage of nucleoid DNA structure and degradation of nucleidosomes. Changes in carbohydrate and lipide metabolisms are observed

AbstractAbstract
[en] A high-voltage nanosecond pulse generator designed for synchronous triggering of several sharping MV spark gaps is described. The generator comprises a low-inductive capacitive storage with a controllable gas-filled commutator, transmission system having several parallel connected cable lines, a circuit of commutator triggering, the main elements of which comprise an decoupling resistor a controllable gas-filled spark gap and a drive-pulse generator. It generates pulses with the amplitude of 300-200 kV, pulse rise of 7-20 ns when varying the common impedance of lines of the transmission system from 50 to 9 Ohm. The generator triggering system provides stability of triggering time ± 10 ns at induction of the decoupling circuit up to several dozens μH

AbstractAbstract
[en] An analysis of fair weather atmospheric electricity, one of the environmental factors which affects the biosphere, is conducted. A distinct difference in the diurnal variation of atmospheric electric field at Helsinki is found between disturbed and extremely quiet conditions in the magnetosphere in winter before midnight. The comparison with the numerical model of the ionospheric electric field based on the solar wind parameters reveals that the maximum contribution of the magnetospheric-ionospheric generator to atmospheric electric field is about 100-150 v/m which assumes values of about 30% of the surface field. 8 refs.; 2 figs
