AbstractAbstract
[en] The properties of stimulated emission of Ph160 dye in the pores of PAO were studied. The quantum yield of fluorescence was Ff = 0.73. Stimulated emission of Ph160 molecules in the pores of alumina was obtained at the maximum of fluorescence band. The threshold of stimulated emission was 1.7 MW/cm2. It is shown that low-Q generation of stimulated emission in the film Q≥ 1 * 102 relates to the fact that the ray geometry of in the pores is not approximate to the ray geometry for the case of total internal reflection, resulting in the increase of radiative losses. The presence of gold nanoparticles in PAO results in the increase in fluorescence intensity and lowering of the generation threshold of dye stimulated emission.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The effect of temperature on the optical properties and structure of graphene oxide Langmuir films was studied. It is shown that the decrease of optical density of the films in the absorption band of graphene oxide take place when the film was heated above 100 °C. Increasing the temperature of the films over 200 °C leads to the growth of its optical density. As it was shown with the scanning electron microscopy the structure of grapheme oxide films annealed at different temperatures is practically unchanged. Measured the Raman spectra show that in the films there are a partial reducing of disordered and high-defective graphene oxide LB films occurs under heat treatment. This process accompanied by ordering of amorphous sp3 clusters and its transition in sp2-bonded carbon clusters. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In this study, we investigated the physico-chemical properties of graphene oxide monolayers at the interface water-air. Monolayers were formed by the spreading of dispersion of graphene oxide in acetone and THF. It was found than graphene monolayers are in the “liquid” state on the surface of subphase. Monolayers were transferred onto solid substrates according to Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method. SEM images show that the films have an island structure. The films obtained from acetone solutions are more uniform, which makes them more promising in terms of their use as conductive coatings. Absorption spectrum of graphene LB films exhibits a broad band in the ultraviolet and visible region of the spectrum. The optical density of the film obtained from acetone solution is greater than the optical density of the film prepared from THF. In the visible region of the spectrum both films have high transparency. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Influence of KI salt on the spectral-luminescent properties of polymer films of P3HT has been investigated in this work. Addition of KI doesn’t lead to significant changes in optical density of the polymer films, but significantly changes the intensity and lifetime of the luminescence of P3HT. Adding KI reduces the lifetime of P3HT luminescence. Growth of the luminescence intensity occurs at a low concentration of KI and its quenching occurs at the high concentrations. A significant increase in the electrical resistance of the films takes place by adding of the KI. Type of magnetic effects on the photoluminescence of P3HT depends on the concentration of KI. Changes in the magnetic effect in P3HT-KI films are connected with increase in the concentration of triplet states in the polymer. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of the development of technology for the preparation of graphene films for solar photocells by the Langmuir-Blodgett method are presented. A comprehenvive study of the dependence of structural, optical, electrophysical and photovoltaic properties on the chemical composition and conditions for the preparation of films based on graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide and N-doped graphene oxide is carried out. It is shown that using the technology of applying graphene nanostructures to solid substrates by the Langmuir-Blodgett method leads to a decrease in the amount of platinum catalysts used for electrodes of solar devices. [en] Research of influence of Ag nanoparticles are in-process undertaken on absorption and on parameters CVC DSS-cells sensitized Z907. It is set that with the height of concentration Ag nanoparticles in tape to the concentration of 0.3% wt%. the absorbance of Z907 in a short-wave stripe grew to the value 1,6. It is set that under reaching the concentration of Ag nanoparticles in the cell of value the 0.3% wt%. efficiency of cell increased to 2.2%. (paper)

[en] Porous films of anodized aluminum oxide with pore sizes of 50-60 nm were obtained. Silver nanoparticles in porous alumina have been synthesized by the method of controlled single-jet crystallization. The synthesis of gold nanoparticles in the pores was carried out by the reduction of HAuCl4 with NaOH alkali in the pores of aluminum oxide. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Effect of silver nanoparticles on spontaneous and stimulated emission of chromene- 3 in ethanol solution is studied. It is established, that upon laser photoexcitation of solution the spontaneous fluorescence is observed, which with increasing of pumping energy transforms in stimulated emission. The increasing of fluorescence, stimulated emission and lasing threshold was observed upon addition of silver nanoparticles. The dependence of intensity of lasing of silver concentration correlates with data of fluorescence. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] ZnO nanorod array were synthesized on sol-gel prepared ZnO seed layer over quarts substrates by hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction results show that nanorods are the typical hexagonal wurtzite structure without any other new phase and preferentially oriented along the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of the surface of the ZnO film showed vertical ZnO nanorods with hexagonal crossection. The luminescence spectrum of ZnO nanorod array consisted of a narrow UV band and a broad band in visible region of spectrum and its temporal characteristics were measured. (paper)
