AbstractAbstract
[en] The properties of stimulated emission of Ph160 dye in the pores of PAO were studied. The quantum yield of fluorescence was Ff = 0.73. Stimulated emission of Ph160 molecules in the pores of alumina was obtained at the maximum of fluorescence band. The threshold of stimulated emission was 1.7 MW/cm2. It is shown that low-Q generation of stimulated emission in the film Q≥ 1 * 102 relates to the fact that the ray geometry of in the pores is not approximate to the ray geometry for the case of total internal reflection, resulting in the increase of radiative losses. The presence of gold nanoparticles in PAO results in the increase in fluorescence intensity and lowering of the generation threshold of dye stimulated emission.

AbstractAbstract
[en] Porous films of anodized aluminum oxide with pore sizes of 50-60 nm were obtained. Silver nanoparticles in porous alumina have been synthesized by the method of controlled single-jet crystallization. The synthesis of gold nanoparticles in the pores was carried out by the reduction of HAuCl4 with NaOH alkali in the pores of aluminum oxide. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] ZnO nanorod array were synthesized on sol-gel prepared ZnO seed layer over quarts substrates by hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction results show that nanorods are the typical hexagonal wurtzite structure without any other new phase and preferentially oriented along the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of the surface of the ZnO film showed vertical ZnO nanorods with hexagonal crossection. The luminescence spectrum of ZnO nanorod array consisted of a narrow UV band and a broad band in visible region of spectrum and its temporal characteristics were measured. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Effect of silver nanoparticles on spontaneous and stimulated emission of chromene- 3 in ethanol solution is studied. It is established, that upon laser photoexcitation of solution the spontaneous fluorescence is observed, which with increasing of pumping energy transforms in stimulated emission. The increasing of fluorescence, stimulated emission and lasing threshold was observed upon addition of silver nanoparticles. The dependence of intensity of lasing of silver concentration correlates with data of fluorescence. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] It has been investigated spectral-luminescence properties of polymer films, doped with potassium iodide (KI). Using of KI didn't lead to the gradual changes of optical density of polymer films and the range of band gap semiconductor polymer P3HT. The fluorescence intensity of P3HT decreased and changed by use of KI. Using of 1% KI in polymer leaded to decrease of fluorescence lifetime. Influence of heavy atom on photovoltaic effect of organic solar cells has been investigated. 1% of KI in polymer film leaded to decrease of Isc and slightly decrease of Uoc. Investigation shows that magnetic field does not affect on photovoltaic properties of cells P3HT-PCBM. Magnetic field increased of open circuit voltage and short circuit current of solar cells with 1% of KI. Study of electrical impedance of cells revealed the magnetic sensivity of solar cells with KI additives. The lifetime of free charge carriers increased in the magnetic field for solar cells with KI additives. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Electrochemical anodizing of titanium metal in the fluorine-containing electrolyte was used for production of nanotubes of titanium dioxide. The surface morphology of the films was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that with increasing anodizing voltage the inner diameter, growth rate and nanotubes interporous distance is increasing. The distribution of pore volume studied by the method of adsorption and desorption of nitrogen. The specific surface area of titanium dioxide films was measured for determine the conditions of anodizing on their changes. The sorption capacity of the films was studied. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Properties of the stimulated emission of the РМ567 dye in porous aluminum oxide are investigated. It is established that when РМ567 molecules are doped into aluminum oxide pores, a small part of dye molecules forms aggregates. The quantum yield of fluorescence of РМ567 in Al2O3 is Фf = 0.85. The stimulated emission of РМ567 in the Al2O3 film is observed in the short-wavelength maximum of the fluorescence band. The threshold of the stimulated emission is 2 MW/cm2. The kinetics of the decay of stimulated emission is measured. It is demonstrated that low-Q lasing of the stimulated emission of РМ567 in the film with Q ≥ 1·102 is caused by the fact that the geometry of rays in pores does not correspond to that of complete internal reflection, and hence, the radiative losses increase. The efficiency of lasing of РМ567 in Al2O3 is 0.3%.
