AbstractAbstract
[en] The combined and isolated effect of the electromagnetic radiation of the UHF-, VUV- and γ-ranges on the functional state of certain systems of the sheep body is studied. It is shown that ECG pathological changes by acute γ-irradiation were identified only in the subsequently fallen sheep; such changes in other animals were of adaptive character. By combined irradiation (γ + VUV) the effect of the γ-radiation which is the dominating factor is modified by the UV-radiation (increase in the number of leucocytes in blood). By the chronic UV-irradiation, the next one by order after the γ-radiation, the intensity of the exchange processes in myocardium is stimulated, the systolic index is normalized. The possibility of modifying the UHF-radiation effect, the leading factor, by the UV-radiation is also identified

Изучено комбинированное и изолированное действие электромагнитных излучений СВЧ-, УФ-В и γ-диапазонов на функциональное состояние некоторых систем организма овец. Показано, что при остром γ-облучении лишь у павших впоследствии овец отмечены патологические изменения ЭКГ, у других животных изменения носили адаптацтонно-приспособительный характер. При комбинированном (γ + УФ-В) облучении действие γ-радиации, являющейся доминирующим фактором, модифицируется УФ-излучением (увеличивается количество лейкоцитов в крови). При хроническом УФ-облучении, следующим после острого γ-облучения, стимулируется интенсивность обменных процессов в миокарде, нормализуется систологический показатель. AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of evaluation of sensitivity and adaptive possibilities of the sheep organism by long impact of increased doses of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) of the UV-range in the experiment by clinical-physiological indices modeling the 25 and 50 % depletion of the Earth ozone layer are presented. It is established that the character of changes in the animals organism depends on the irradiation dose sensitivity of the individual living system organism to the EMR and physiological peculiarities of its protection. However, the functional changes in the cardiovascular, immune and reproduction systems, homeostasis system and substance exchange in the period of chronic irradiation do not effect the development of irreversible pathological changes

Представлены результаты оценки чувствительности и адаптационных возможностей организма овец при длительном действии повышенных доз электромагнитного излучения (ЭМИ) ультрафиолетового диапазона в эксперименте по клинико-физиологическим и хозяйственным показателям, моделирующем 25 и 50 % истощение озонового слоя Земли. Установлено, что характер изменений в организме животных зависит от дозы облучения, чувствительности отдельных систем живого организма к ЭМИ и физиологичеких особенностей его защиты. AbstractAbstract
[en] Dynamics of changes in the level of myoglobin, hematological indices, and activity of certain enzymes (lactate dehydrogenase, hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and creatine phosphokinase) was studied in blood of exposed (103.2 mC/kg) pigs. As the activity of enzymes decreased the myoglobin content of blood increased 5-7 days following irradiation. The effect of radiation was shown to promote the development of hypoxia in the animal body which was indicated by the ECG changes, the release of functionally deficient erythrocytes to blood, and the occurrence of stable vast heorrhages
