AbstractAbstract
[en] Automatic translation: Interest in the behavior of radionuclides in the process of processing niche raw materials for a long time was insignificant, since there was no doubt that the content of radionuclides in the final products - flour, sugar, oil - is extremely small and does not pose a danger to people.

Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] The device is based on a current-to-voltage converter the first input to which is connected to the collector of a cylindrical Langmuir probe, the second one - to the probe input, and the output is connected to a telemetric unit. A sawtooth voltage generator, the output of which is connected to the second input of the current-to-voltage converter, is connected to the telemetric unit. A characteristic feature of the device is that the sawtooth voltage generator is coupled to the second input of the current-to-voltage converter through a summator and a control unit in series, and the output of the converter is connected to the input of a detector of zero; the output of the detector is connected to the summator, the telemetric unit and the control unit

AbstractAbstract
[en] Possibility of using nettle (urtica) for food in the regions, contaminated after the Chernobyl accident, is studied. Clear dependence of 137Cs transport from the soil into the nettle is not determined even in the regions with high density of soil contamination. It is established that nettle wetting during one hour in water completely relieves it from 137Cs. It is recommended to use the nettle as source material of biologically active substances for nutrition purposes. 6 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Automatic translation: Work on the scientific substantiation of safe farming on contaminated lands has been carried out since the day of the accident. Agricultural production has been partially redesigned. Liming was carried out on 423 thousand hectares, increased vines of phosphoric-potassium fertilizers were applied to 700 thousand hectares. more than 270 thousand hectares of meadows and pastures were tinned and re-planted, fertilizers and ameliorants were applied to 12 thousand hectares of household plots. However, it is necessary to adjust the volumes and costs of financing these works annually.

Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] Automatic translation: Prolonged keeping of farm animals in conditions of increased radiation background and contamination of land with radionuclides can lead to disruption of their health and productivity. It is possible to reduce the effect of the radiation factor on animals both by intensifying the elimination of radionuclides from the body and by modifying their effect with improved feeding. Among the modifiers of radiation exposure are substances that affect the state of the protective, antioxidant systems. Most of the biocomponents related to the antioxidant system are metalloenzymes, therefore, an increased content of the corresponding elements in feed can modify their activity.

Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] New Li2Nd(NO3)5xH2O (1), Na2Nd(NO3)5xH2O (2), K2Nd(NO3)5xH2O (3) complex compound are prepared. For 1 Ng=1.523+-0 002; Np=1.486+-0.002; Csu (Ng)=0 deg. For 2 Ng=1.562+-0.002; Np=1.552+-0.002; Csub(Np)=17-30 deg. For 3 Ng=1.558+-0.0O2; Np=1.486. Bands of the coordinated nitrate group are present in the infrared absorption spectra; splitting values Δsub(ν)=νsub(4)(Bsub(2))-νsub(1)(Asub(1)) respectively are equal to 220, 225 and 225 cm-1. Interplanar distances and corresponding intensities for the 1, 2, 3 and for neodymium nitrate hexahydrate are determined. Outsphere cation affects thermal stability. Thermolysis products depend on the nature of alkali metal. Dehydration high temperatures admit presence of the water in the second sphere. Final products of the thermolysis are 2Li2OxNd2O3, 2Na2OxNd2O3 and KNdO2 respectively for the 1, 2 and 3

AbstractAbstract
[en] Automatic translation: It has now been established that radioactive iodine, entering the body, causes structural and functional disorders of some vital organs, in particular the thyroid gland. Disruption of the endocrine regulation of the thyroid gland or its death are the most important consequences when the body is exposed to radioiodine.

Original Title
