AbstractAbstract
[en] Leakage-rate is one of the most important acceptance criteria in the containment test. The weight of volume for the leakeage measurement probe can affect the leakage-rate result. Using the optimization path and analyzing the distribution of temperature and humidity in the containment during CTT test, this paper presents a new method for the calculation of the probe volume used in the calculation of leakage-rate in containment test. At last, this paper calculates the leakage-rate with new volume admeasurement, which is close to the result of EDF. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Generally, a large scale turbine-generator set was equipped about forty or more measuring points for monitoring vibration. Using every individual measurement, the entire vibrating level of the set can not be assessed perfectly. A method for assessing rotor balancing effect and entire vibrating level of the turbine-generator set was put forward. And were described some related terms and parameters as well as engineering applied practice. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The effects of high latitude and low temperature on containment test are detailed analyzed from the view of design, equipment, construct and start-up, and the solution is put forward. The major problems resolved is as below: the effects of low temperature and high wind on defect inspection of the containment surface, the effects of test load on the affiliated equipment of containment in the condition of low temperature, and the effects of low temperature on the containment leak rate measurement. Application in Hongyanhe Unit 1 showed that the proposed scheme can effectively overcome the influence of adverse weather on the containment test. (authors)
