AbstractAbstract
[en] This study uses ultrasound in combination with tomography to obtain three-dimensional temperature measurements using projection data obtained from limited projection angle. The main feature of the new computerized tomography (CT) reconstruction algorithm is to employ extrapolation scheme to make up for the incomplete projection data, it is based on the conventional filtered back projection (FBP) method while on top of that taking into account the correlation between the projection data and Fourier transform-based extrapolation. Computer simulation is conducted to verify the above algorithm. An experimental 3D temperature distribution measurement is also carried out to validate the proposed algorithm. The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the extrapolated FBP CT algorithm is highly effective in dealing with projection data from limited projection angle

AbstractAbstract
[en] Oxide-dispersion- strengthened nickel alloys with Hf additions are expected to present high temperature mechanical properties and durable helium resistance based on first-principles density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Energetic and charge density evaluations of the helium behaviors were performed in Ni matrix, Y2Hf2O7 oxide and the oxide/matrix interface. With the presence of coherent Y2Hf2O7 in Ni matrix, chances of helium bubbles in Ni can be greatly diminished. The helium atoms shall occupy the interfacial site initially, then diffuse into in the octahedral sites of Y2Hf2O7, and these oxide-captured He atoms prefer to separate individually. Much higher diffusion barrier of He in Y2Hf2O7 than in nickel is related to the strong hybridization between interstitial He-1s and nearest-neighboring O-2p orbitals

[en] This thesis introduces the application of brush ceramic coating protection technology used in maintenance of Essential Service Water pump in NPP. Brush ceramic coating is dense, resistant against the seawater erosion, and easy to operating. Through brushing ceramic coating in the flow passage of Essential Service Water pump, fixing internal dimensions, improving fineness and hardness of the pump impeller and flow passage effectively, reducing erosion corrosion, extending service life of the hydraulic components, improving cyclic utilization of hydraulic parts. AbstractAbstract
[en] Different scale tests to explore the influence of fiberglass mesh on the fire behavior of expanded polystyrene (EPS) have been conducted. Micro scale combustion calorimeter to measure the heat release rate per unit mass, heat release capacity, and the total heat release of EPS and as well as the fiberglass for milligram specimen mass has been used. Cone colorimeter bench scale burning tests with the EPS specimens and EPS-fiberglass compound specimens have been carried out. The heat release rate per unit area, ignition times, and the derived minimum igniting heat fluxes were determined. Comparative burning tests on the fire spread tendency of EPS and EPS-fiberglass compound specimens have been carried out. It was established that the fiberglass mesh stabilizes the EPS fire as a wick fire due to the adherence of the melting polystyrene adheres to the fiberglass mesh and this causes an upwards fire spread.

[en] Nuclear power plant spare parts reserve quota data is directly based on material procurement supplement, spare parts inventory reserves, scientific and reasonable spare parts reserve, which can not only ensure the maintenance work is carried out smoothly, and also can effectively control costs. This paper combines some methods and strategies in spare parts reserve quota of Qinshan NPP phase II expansion Project, explores the management idea of spare parts reserve quota. [en] Nuclear power plant emergency diesel generator system is engineered safety facilities, provide the 6 kV AC emergency power supply for nuclear power plant. Each diesel generator have the ability to meet an emergency plant equipment power requirements, to ensure that the reactor safety shutdown, and prevent the loss of electric power system normal external damage caused important equipment. This paper introduces debugging of emergency diesel engine auxiliary system and engine test in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II, and summarizes the debugging experience and the main points. Implements experience feedback and resource sharing in debugging of nuclear emergency diesel engine. (authors)
