[en] Typical failures of in-core neutron flux instrumentation system based on the movable fission chamber during installation and commissioning, such as detector stucking, spiral tube dislocation, accumulated position error, measuring mode abnormality, motor driver failure and selection abnormality of the selector, are summarised, analysed from different aspects to the extent of primary causes based on working principle and engineering experience, and concluded with solutions and precautions.
