AbstractAbstract
[en] Reactor irradiation effect on the 03Kh20N45M4BCh high nickel alloy determined creep rate at 575-650 deg C is studied. Dislocation density dependences on conditions and test parameters are determined. It is stated that reactor irradiation results in dislocation rate increase but has no effect on the obstacle characteristics limiting the rate of dislocation motion
