AbstractAbstract
[en] The efficiency of point defects absorption by isolated voids in metals under the applied stress effect is calculated. It is shown that under such conditions the voids primarily absorb interstitial atoms in comparison with vacancies. Dependences of efficiency of point defects absorption and different radius voids growth rate on the stress value and sign and irradiation temperature are determined

[en] Point defect concentration profiles near the pores in metals, irradiated in the stressed state are calculated using numeric methods. It is shown, that external stress leads to a change in the interstitial atom and vacancy concentration distribution in the vicinity of the pores. External stress effect depends on the pore radius and is especially high for pores of minor radius

AbstractAbstract
[en] Taking into account the interactions between interastitials, the equilibrium impurity atmospheres around edge dislocations in interstitial solid solutions have been calculated. The impurity concentrations in atmospheres were obtained as a function of the distance to the dislocation core, the temperature, and the mean impurity concentration in the specimen. With use of the numerical methods calculated were the intrinsic point defect fluxes onto dislocations surrounded by the impurity atmospheres. It has been established that the efficiences of the dislocation absorption of interstitials (Zi) and vacancies (Zv) are decreasing as compared to the crystal without impurities, and the Zi decreases more rapidly than Zv. As a result, the impurity concentration increase leads to the decreasing in the dislocation preference factor B, the swelling rate S and the radiation creep rate εγ. 10 refs., 5 figs

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the paper the numerical calculation of the equation describing the radiation processes in doped metals is carried out. It is established that the point defects capture in impurities and traps with following formation of pair of both vacancy - impurity and interstitial atom - impurity types speeds-up the free defects mutual recombination process. Influence of impurities capture on such radiation process as pores generation and its growth as well as the material radiation creep are considered. It is revealed, that capture on impurities mostly leading to retarding of pores growth velocity. The low concentration impurity doping (∼10-4-10-3) substantially reduces the swelling rate in irradiated metals

AbstractAbstract
[en] The studies of radiation damage of construction materials shows, that external stress essentially influence on swelling of materials under irradiation. Magnification of swelling rate, more intensive void nucleation, changing of void sizes distribution was experimentally established. From theoretical investigations, see, for example, follows, that the main reasons caused the swelling enhance are: changing of conditions for voids nucleation under stresses, stimulated by stress, magnification of density and of sinks strength and their capacity to preferable absorption point defects of one type, for example, interstitial. In present investigation one of the mentioned above aspects of influencing of external stresses on void swelling is studied - hanging of capacity to preferable absorption of point defects by voids due to external stresses. The approach is based on that fact, that under stresses there is an elastic interaction in the first order on deformations between the vacancy void and point defect represented as the dilatation center. Due to this the void becomes the sink more preferably absorbing interstitials in comparison with vacancies. As the elastic field of a void falls down faster with increase of distance in comparison with a dislocation, the void weaker preferential sink, than dislocation. Within the framework of dilatation center model the concentration of vacancies and interstitials near to the void in stressed material where calculated as function of stress level, void radius and temperature. Based on concentration of point defects near to void were determined the dependencies of vacancies and interstitials absorption efficiencies from void radius, temperature and stress level. The results of the present work can be formulated as follows: Under external stresses the void becomes the preferential sink and mainly absorbs interstitials; The external stresses reduce growth rate of voids; The growth rate of voids of large radius practically does not depend on the stress level, i.e. the external stress reduce growth rate of voids of small radius and practically do not influence on growth rate of voids of large radius

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the current work research results of simultaneous action of temperature and straining in mechanical testing conditions on creep up to destruction stage on phase redistribution in industrial aluminium alloy D16 were presented. Purpose of the work is a forecasting of the material behavior in the long operation process in complicated temperature-strain conditions. It is determined, that in the S-phase alloy relative distribution separation and poses size up to ≤6 μm have been observed. In the result of processing on homogenous solid solution the coagulation of S-separation takes place. After testing of the alloy on creep the phase separation of Al7FeCu2, and Cu3Al2 and FeSi2 in small amounts were revealed
