[en] The development of grain-boundary flakes in the approximation of structural fracture mechanics is described. Each crack jump corresponds to mergence of clusters (according to percolation model) on a two-dimensional triangular net of facet bonds whereas the interval between jumps corresponds to the time of hydrogen accumulation in a cavity up to eritical pressure. [en] The chromium coating structure on the steel 20 sublayer was studied by high-rate heating through direct electrical current flow up to temperatures of 900, 1000, 1150, 1200 and 1250 deg C at the rate of 50 deg C/s-1. It is established that formation of diffusion zone on the steel 20 begins since the (Cr, Fe)23C6 carbide formation followed thereafter by the (Cr, Fe)7C3 carbide formation at the temperature of 1000-1100 deg C. Annealing at 1250 deg C leads to the carbide dissolution. The coating final composition constitutes the galvanic chromium and the α-phase. 3 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Synthesis of adducts-substituted β-diketones of lanthanides (Ln La, Pr, Dy, Ho, Er, Tb, Tm, Eu) with 1,10-phenanthroline and alkyl-substituted 2,2'-dipyridyl has been realized for the first time to prepare liquid crystalline lanthanide compounds and to study their properties. The composition and structure of the products have been ascertained by data of elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. It is shown that the presence of alkyl radical in β-diketones fragment gives rise to a considerable growth of final product yield (up to 95-98%). The method proposed permits preparing a wide range of lanthanide-containing mesogenous molecular blocks by varying ligands and substituents

С целью получения жидкокристаллических соединений лантаноидов и изучения их свойств впервые проведен синтез аддуктов алкилзамещенных β-дикетонатов лантаноидов (Ln = La, Pr, Dy, Ho, Er, Tb, Tm, Eu) с 1,10-фенантролином и алкилзамещенным 2,2'-дипиридином. Состав и строение продуктов установлены по данным элементного анализа, ИК- и ЯМР 1H-спектроскопии. Показано, что наличие алкильного радикала в β-дикетонном фрагменте приводит к значительному росту выхода конечного продукта (до 95-98%). Предложенная методика позволяет путем варьирования лигандов и заместителей получать широкий спектр лантаноидсодержащих мезогенных молекулярных блоковOriginal Title
