AbstractAbstract
[en] Ginsenoides Rb1, b2, c, d, e and g1 quantitatively reacted with benzoyl chloride in pyridine to afford the respective derivatives having strong UV absorption. The UV-derivatized saponins were separated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the saponin-contents of the various Ginseng varieties were determined. It is possible to distinguish white Ginseng from the root hairs of Ginseng by the pattern analysis of HPLC. (orig.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper the superallowed Fermi β-decay of 10C is studied by measuring the relative intensities of the 1022 and 718 keV γ-rays from the decay to the second excited (0+, T = 1) and first excited (1+) states of 10B. The decay branch to the 0+ state was obtained as 1.469 ± 0.006%

AbstractAbstract
[en] The branching ratio for 10C superallowed Fermi β decay has been measured accurately by a newly developed method. The result is 1.473±0.007 %. The Ft value is derived as 3065.4±14.7 sec, which is consistent with the Ft values determined accurately for heavier nuclei and with predictions of conserved vector current hypothesis. The method developed here can be applied to the high precision β-γ spectroscopy
