AbstractAbstract
[en] This book gathers contributions presented during two study days and a colloquium on energetic and climatic issues in France, Germany and Europe. After an introduction which discusses the issue of an implementation of a European energy policy, a first set of contributions presents some historical elements about the French energy policy since the 1970's until now, and about the German energy policy since the reconstruction and until the Energiewende. The second set aims at giving a comparative overview of the French energy transition policy and the German Energiewende policy, at discussing the German turn expressed in the Energiewende, and at discussing issues related to the financing of these both new policies. The next set of contributions presents some examples of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of energy transition, climate, renewable energies, and energy efficiency. A set of contributions then addresses emerging challenges and transformations for the electricity market within this context of energy transition. The relationship between climate protection and energy transition, the contribution of energy policy to the COP21 success, the European climate and energy policy after the COP21, and the idea of the 'pentagon of the electricity market' are then addressed. The last set of contributions illustrates the differences between energy strategies among different European countries, more particularly the United Kingdom, Sweden and Poland
