AbstractAbstract
[en] The therapy means of evolved, metastases or inoperable forms of digestive endocrine tumors are limited. we illustrate a case of treatment efficiency by 177Lu-Octreotate of a well differentiated gastric endocrine tumor with hepatic metastases. conclusions: the metabolic radiotherapy of endocrine tumors constitute a new alternative of conventional treatments, showing the achievement of objective tumor responses at advanced stages, and in failure of conventional treatments. it is necessary to identify the predictive factors of the therapy response in order to optimize the results and to limit the toxicity.
