AbstractAbstract
[en] The diagnostic value of 201Tl myocardial tomographic imaging in coronary heart diseases were studied in 31 cases of coronary heart disease and 15 normal subjects, compared with coronary angiography. The sensitivity and specificity of myocardial tomography were 97% and 80% respectively. The sensitivity in identifying one-vessel, two-vessels and three-vessels of coronary artery stenosis were 100%, 83% and 44% respectively. The detectability of LAD, RCA and LCX lesions were 95%, 93% and 59% respectively. It is concluded that 201Tl myocardial tomography is a valuable procedure for the early diagnosis and localization of coronary stenosis

AbstractAbstract
[en] By using an anticoincidence unit to cutoff the interference of pacing pulses, an EKG and phonocardiography (PCG) triggered gate circuit for atrial pacing per esophagus was made for radionuclide angiocardiography (RNA). According to the criteria of Tzivoni, when the pacing heart rate was increased by gradation to 140/min or submaximal heart rate, it was found that in coronary artery disease (CAD) patient there was a decreased EF value after pacing, and that in AMI patient decreased even lower and paradox movements of the vertricular wall was seen. Therefore, RNA by atrial pacing is useful for diagnosis of CAD, especially AMI

AbstractAbstract
[en] The preliminary clinical uses of 131I-mIBG in 13 cases of adrenal medulla imaging and 6 cases of myocardial infarction imaging were reported. Normal myocardial imaging or no imaging was obtained in the former cases, while radioactive defect was found in infarcted site. It is thus suggested that 131I-mIBG myocardial imaging would be helpful for the diagnosis of myocadial infarction. Besides, it may be also used in diagnosis of pheochromocytoma and the investigation of catecholamine metabolism in myocardium

AbstractAbstract
[en] Integrating various functional components into a single nano-platform is an ideal but challenging strategy for cancer therapy. Herein, a facile approach to fabricating multi-targeted nano-drug delivery systems which can be monitored is reported. Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) and gefitinib (GEF) were encapsulated into folic acid-conjugated zein (Fa–zein) nanocomplexes (GEF-FSZs) with good dispersity, high GEF loading efficiency and pH-dependent release profile. The uptake of water-insoluble GEF was facilitated by encapsulating GEF into a zein-based nanocomplex, the magnetic responsive property endowed by SPIONs and the conjugation of Fa, which resulted in enhanced toxicity to A549 cells. The endocytosis study indicated that macropinocytosis and clathrin/caveolae-independent endocytosis exerted great influence on the internalization of GEF-FSZs. These results implied that GEF-FSZs could be a promising candidate for controlled and targeted drug delivery.
