AbstractAbstract
[en] A Monte Carlo method with overlapping beam-monitor-triggered events for the calculation of effects caused by time coincidences of events under study and accidental activity in detectors of the NA-48 setup is developed. Its application in measurement of the direct CP violation parameter Re(∈′/∈) is described.

AbstractAbstract
[en] We report the recent results of the NA48/2 experiment on charged kaon radiative decays. Using data collected during 2003 and 2004, precise measurements of the K±→π±π0γ and K±→π±γγ decays properties have been obtained.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The measurement of the S-wave ππ scattering lengths is a fundamental test of the validity of Chiral Perturbation Theory. We report on the final NA48/2 result, based on the full statistics data set of more than one million reconstructed Ke4± decays. From these events we have determined the decay form factors and ππ scattering lengths a00 and a02. The result is the currently most precise measurement of the scattering lengths and is in excellent agreement with the predictions of Chiral Perturbation Theory.

AbstractAbstract
[en] A series of precision experiments on measuring the parameter Re(ε′/ε) in neutral-kaon decays is described. The experiments performed at CERN and Fermilab unambiguously prove the existence of direct CP violation in nature. The comparison between these experiments and the corresponding approaches to solving the formulated problem made it possible to reveal the advantages of different techniques in achieving maximum measurement accuracy.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The system of real-time monitoring of physical data applied in NA-48, NA-48/1, and NA-48/2 experiments at CERN SPS is described. The system was the most automated independent subsystem of these experiments; it provided a possibility of on-the-fly detection of problems with experimental equipment and software; it was also applied for detector calibration and adjustment of experimental conditions.

AbstractAbstract
[en] A computer infrastructure constructed at JINR’s Laboratory of Particle Physics, purposed for the effective participation of JINR’s experts in ongoing experiments in particle and nuclear physics is presented. The principles of the design and construction of the PC farm are outlined, and the computer and information services used for effective application of distributed computer and information resources are described.

AbstractAbstract
[en] Interference correlations of neutral-kaon pairs produced in the interactions of 20-to 70-GeV neutrons with a carbon target are studied by using the EXCHARM spectrometer. Constructive correlations at low relative 4-momenta are observed for KS0KS0 pairs. The kaon-generation radius is determined
