AbstractAbstract
[en] Adrenal tuberculosis is rare and usually diagnosed on clinical signs of adrenal deficiency. We report here the uncommon incidental finding of an adrenal tuberculosis which was investigated in this context by radionuclide imaging with 131I-6β-iodomethyl-19-norcholesterol. Absence of adrenal uptake which has not yet been reported is discussed in terms of differential diagnosis with the CT scan results. (authors). 10 refs., 2 figs
