AbstractAbstract
[en] This research thesis aims at a better knowledge of some aspects of a complex mechanism: the matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI). The author first proposes a comparative analysis of results obtained by time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry and by Fourier transform mass spectrometry. He reports the study of the matrix role (notably a polymeric matrix) as a matter submitted to laser desorption. In this respect, the influence of the incident wavelength has been studied. The author also reports a comparative of ions produced by matrix laser desorption (study performed by Fourier transform mass spectrometry) and of neutral molecules (study performed by flash pyrolysis coupled with gas chromatography and with mass spectrometry). Finally, results obtained on derivatives and complexes based on beta-cyclodextrins highlight benefits as well as limitations of this technique

(auteur)Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] Besides the fact that regulatory texts address the replacement of fossil energies by renewable energies for decarbonization purposes, this set of articles addresses ways to improve in a rational way the use of energy. A first article overviews French and European policies to support sobriety and energy efficiency, evokes societal expectations and the growing role of digital technologies in energy use, also also strategic orientations for the AFNOR strategic committee (valorisation of existing standards, promotion of a global approach to the rational use of energy, support a framework for the access to a decarbonized electric power). Other articles more particularly focus on the cases of gas, oil and electro-technologies with, for each one, an overview of standardization, of the energy policy context in the world, Europe and France, and of strategic orientations for the AFNOR strategic committee. In each article, tables are provided which provide indications of published standards

AbstractAbstract
[en] Based on a series of meetings of experts belonging to different fields, this report first outlines that the energy mix of the transport sector is to deeply evolve in the present context: it still displays an 'all oil' characteristic, but several aspects are acknowledged as requiring a new deal (environmental issue, an always more constraining regulatory framework, an increased political mobilisation of actors about local pollutions, technological advances which make evolutions possible for the transport sector), and uncertainties still remain (about the behaviour of economic actors, about the future of the autonomous vehicle, about the high inertia of the energy system). The second part addresses the issue of gas and bio-fuels as alternate fuels for cleaner road, maritime and air transports for goods. The third part shows that electric power should have a prevailing but non exclusive role in person transport: electric power for person and good transport on short distances, gas and bio-fuels as complements
