AbstractAbstract
[en] This document gathers several booklets which, for different types of cancers, propose information regarding the anatomy and location of the cancer, its diagnosis, possible treatments, secondary effects during treatment, some practical advices, issues related to the post-treatment period, associations and other resources which can be useful for patient information, and a glossary of the main terms used for this cancer and its treatment. Cancer types are anal canal (Anus), brain, mediastinum, pancreas, lung, prostate, rectum, breast, upper aero-digestive tract (ENT cancers), cervix, endometrium (cervical cancers), and bladder cancers

Purpose of Review
Management of metastatic head and neck squamous cell cancers (HNSCC) can be challenging. This review gives an insight of current treatment options for patients with synchronous metastatic HNSCC and suggests a therapeutic algorithm.Recent Findings
With the rise of novel therapeutic techniques and medications, many treatment options for both locoregional and distant metastatic disease have become available. The evolving paradigm of metastatic disease now integrates the concept of oligometastatic disease. On top of systemic treatments, patients with low metastatic burden can benefit from curative approaches such as local therapies (surgery, radiotherapy) directed to either primary tumour and distant metastasis. However, data integrating these considerations in the management of metastatic HNSCC is still lacking.Summary
Based on this algorithm, we can provide a tailored treatment to each patient with synchronous metastatic HNSCC, according to their age, general condition and metastatic burden.Primary Subject

AbstractAbstract
[en] Highlights: • Most relapses in after radiation therapy for locally advanced rectal adenocarcinoma happen in the treated volume or close by. • Locations of relapses are coherent with published guideline such as by Valentini et al. • Caution should be taken for T4 tumors and possibly lower rectum tumors as they are more likely to relapse outside of the treated volume. The aim of this study is to correlate locoregional relapse with radiation therapy volumes in patients with rectal cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiation in the ACCORD 12/0405-PRODIGE 02 trial.

AbstractAbstract
[en] Defective mismatch repair system (dMMR) has been shown to have a favorable impact on outcome in patients with colorectal cancer treated with surgery or immunotherapy, with adjuvant chemotherapy being discouraged unless there is nodal involvement. Its impact on radiosensitivity is unknown in patients with colorectal cancer.
