[en] Structural changes, corresponding to the initial stratification stage in the 25KhYuBF alloys after low-temperature annealing, are studied through the method of moessbauer spectroscopy. Application of modern methods for recovering the function of superfine fields distribution by moessbauer spectra made it possible for the first time to reveal that formation of high-magnetic (alpha)1-phase is predominant at the initial stage of this process and to establish its composition

AbstractAbstract
[en] The investigation of mechanical properties in KhK15 alloy under tension (20-1100 deg C) and torsion (1000-1250 deg C) is carried out to develop a manufacturing procedure for tubular billets of rrought magnetically hard alloys. The alloy is found to have no placticity in the range 20-100 deg C. In the temperature range of 600 to 700 deg C a drastic increase in plasticity and a decrease in strength occur, probably, due to solid solution decomposition. Optimum temperature of hot working for the alloy is determined in the results of testing which is in the 1000-1250 deg C range. Successful hot piercing of KhK15 alloy cylindrical billets (52 mm in diameter) is accomplished with high-quality internal and external surfaces

AbstractAbstract
[en] Magnetic and mechanical properties of Fe-(22-24)% Cr-15% Co-5%V alloys for permanent magnets were investigated after thermomagnetic threatment at 630-660 deg C in 2000 Oe magnetic field and step tempering at 610-540 deg C. High sensitivity of the alloys studied to the temperature of thermomagnetic treatment is marked, especially for the alloy containing 22 % Cr which possesses higher magnetic properties. Tensile tests show that introduction of 5% V into the alloy promotes a considerable increase in its ductility in the test temperature range of 20 to 1100 deg C, the strength being decreased. The alloy with 24 % Cr is stronger up to the test temperature 200 deg C, at higher temperatures it behaves like the alloy with 22 % chromium content

[en] Energy variations in Fe-26% Cr-15% Co-1% Nb-1% Al alloy have been studied during the process of aging after different kinds of heat treatment using the method of true heat capacity. During aging in the 600-800 K temperature range, the exothermal effect, which is probably conditioned by the short-distance order formation is indicated. The endothermal effect is fixed in the 800-930 K temperature range. During aging at 1073 and 898 K it is divided into two endoeffects representing different stages of aging of high-temperature solid solution
