AbstractAbstract
[en] The importance and value of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As) have increased with the expectancy to obtain key technology capabilities and rapid impact on innovation. This article develops an original analytical framework to elucidate the impact of the technology and product relatedness (similarity/complementarity) of the Technology-driven M&A’ partners on post-innovation performance. We present results drawing on a multiple case studies of Chinese High-Tech firms from three industries. (Author)

[en] The results of treatment of 83 patients operated for thyroid cancer in T-1-3NoMo are analyzed. On days 20-30 after the operation a control scintigraphy was made of the thyroid with 131I (37 mBq). Patients with thyroid residue 1.5 to 2.0 cm in diameter received 1850 mBq (50 mlC) activity, those with thyroid residue 1.5 to 2.0 cm in diameter received 3700 MBq (100 mlC). All patients, regardless on the hystological structure of the tumor, showed complete and steady ablation of the thyroid residue. The patients were in a good state of health 13 years after iodine therapy. Hemopoiesis disorders were not observed. 1 tab., 19 refs
