[en] Based on a series of meetings of experts belonging to different fields, this report describes how digital tools will allow consumer to manage their consumptions in a smarter way, how the deployment of digital tools will transform relationships between consumers and actors of the energy sector, and result in a mutation of the market organisation, and how digital tools will facilitate the development energy production, self-consumption and local exchanges. For each of these three aspects, the report describes the early stages, prospective orientations, and crucial points
