[en] Review of holographic interferometry properties is performed and advantages of this method by plasma diagnostics are indicated. Main results obtained by the method of holographic interferometry in studies of various-type plasmas are considered. Special attention is paid to multiwave plasma diagnostics, the necessity of which is related as a rule to multicomponent composition of plasma. The eight laser and gas-discharge sources and holographic schemes, which make it possible to realize plasma polychromatic and holographic interferometry, are considered. The advantages of the method are demonstrated by examples of polychromatic holographic diagnostics of arc discharge and discharge in a hollow cathode. Review of theoretical works determining the applicability area of resonance polychromatic interferometry is carried out

[en] A review of the properties of holographic interferometry is given, and the advantages and disadvantages of this method in plasma diagnostics are noted. The principal results obtained by the method of holographic interferometry in studies of various types of plasma are discussed. The main emphasis is placed on questions of multiwavelength plasma diagnostics, the need for which is related to the plasma composition, which is usually a multicomponent one. Laser and gas-discharge light sources and holographic schemes permitting polychromatic holographic plasma interferometry are discussed. Examples of polychromatic holographic diagnostics of an arc discharge and hollow-cathode discharge are used to demonstrate the advantages of the method. A review of theoretical studies that determine the scope of applicability of resonance polychromatic interferometry is given. 88 refs., 8 figs

[en] The performed analysis of 5-year experience of the information support of the works on elimination of the Chernobyl accident consequences allows concluding that qualitative improvement can take place only under the following conditions being complied: 1) the problem on the information support of works on the Chernobyl accident consequences elimination will be considered using the modern achievements of the general systems theory; 2) decision making will be realized on the basis of the systematic collected and processed information, and this point should be included in the law about the legal status of the Chernobyl zone of the radioactive pollution.
