[en] The method of separate power plant contribution assessment to harmful substances concentration in city atmosphere near ground is proposed. The methodic is based on careful simultaneous measuring of the concentration of specific substances under different meteorological conditions and wide range of changing of enterprise work-load on the one hand, and strict control for enterprise technological regime - on the other hand. [en] Typical maps for mean wind field and normalized SO2 and NOx concentrations near Earth surface are draw in dependence from wind direction on height 100 for tree points having largest repetition and in accordance with experimental measuring of meteorological parameters and harmful substances concentrations in various districts of Ust'-Kamenogorsk city. Quantitative relation between temperature distribution within layer of Earth-100 m is estimated by results of height measuring, precipitation influence on impurities concentrations is estimated as well.
