[en] By means of a probe the condition of the boundary surfaces, other parameters, or the contents of the caverns, e.g. in salt rock may be investigated for ultimate storage of radioactive waste. The probe is hanging on a measuring cable designed as a suspending wire leading to a driving and remote-control mechanism and to evaluation units standing on the surface. At the lower end of the probe an extensionarm is hinged as supporting arm for the testing equipment. The supporting arm can be rotated about the probe axis. As testing equipment e.g. ultrasonic probes, lasers, temperature and moisture sensors may be used. (RW)

Mit einer Sonde koennen die Beschaffenheit der Begrenzungsflaechen, andere Parameter oder der Inhalt der Kavernen, z.B. in Salzgestein fuer die Endlagerung von Atommuell, untersucht werden. Die Sonde haengt an einem als Tragseil ausgebildeten Messkabel, welches zu einer Antriebs- und Fernsteuervorrichtung sowie Auswerteeinrichtungen an der Erdoberflaeche fuehrt. Am unteren Sondenende ist ein Ausleger als Traegerarm fuer die Untersuchungsgeraete schwenkbar angelenkt. Der Traegerarm kann um die Sondenachse herum gedreht werden. Als Untersuchungsgeraete werden u.a. US-Sonden, Laser, Temperatur- oder Feuchtefuehler verwendet. (RW)Original Title

[en] The proton-rich nuclei with N asymptotically equals 82 show beautifully properties, which are perfectly described by the nuclear shell model. Some of these properties are the occurrence of seniority isomerism in the proton-rich N=82 isotones and the perfect description of the corresponding life times by the seniority scheme as well as the observation of favoured Gamow-Teller β transitions in this nuclear region and the dependence of the corresponding ft values on the number of the envolved nucleons. [en] Relaxation times of whole blood and clotted blood under oxygenated and deoxygenated conditions were measured (10- and 200-MHz magnets) as a function of time and compared with relaxation times of brain as well as with clinical images of intracranial hematomas. Relaxation times were measured for methemoglobin in two spin states, oxyhemoglobin, deoxyhemoglobin, and ferritin. Fresh blood, acute clot, and their components had mildly increased T1 and T2 values relative to those of brain. Over time, T1 and T2 decreased to 60% and 25%, respectively, of their original values, possibly due to the effect of methemoglobin. The surrounding extremely low signal on T2-weighted images was not explained by any measured relaxation times
