AbstractAbstract
[en] Characteristics of the solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field from 3 to 22 April 1968 are investigated. During this period two high-velocity solar wind fluxes existed however cosmic ray ground stations detected only one usual Forbush effect from 5 to 7 April and slow intensity recovery by 20 April. Modulation effectiveness of two consecutive disturbances of interplanatary medium, is compared. The analysis is added by the data on solar activity. The approximation of cosmic rays intensity by parameters of interplanetary medium and solar activity is obtained

AbstractAbstract
[en] The characteristics of the solar wind and of the interplanetary magnetic field are investigated from April 3, 1968 to April 22, 1968. Two high-velocity solar wind streams occurred in this period; however, groundbased cosmic ray stations recorded only one ordinary Forbush effect from April 5 to April 7 and a slow restoration of the intensity until April 20. The modulation efficiency of two successive disturbances of the interplanetary medium is compared. Solar activity data have been drawn on for the analysis. An approximation for the intensity of cosmic rays has been obtained with parameters of the interplanetary medium and of solar activity

AbstractAbstract
[en] Review of data on measuring minor energy cosmic ray (CR) characteristics produced using equipment installed at the Venera-15 and Venera-16 automatic space stations (ASS) for the period from June of 1983 to April 30, 1985 is given. Fluxes of proton with 1.2-10; 1.6-66; 5.2-8.1; > 30 MeV energy and α-particles with 6.6-24 MeV energy were recorded. Equipment performance and CR intensity daily average values are presented. Attention is paid to the period from February to May 1984, when powerful solar CR intensity increases were recorded and the longitudinal angle Earth-Sun-ASS changed from 100 to 170 deg a long term course of galactic CR intensity at the ASS and on the Earth is compared; two-scale intensity variation recorded in 1984 are discussed

AbstractAbstract
[en] Analysis of increases of solar cosmic ray proton fluxes with energies of 1.4-3.0, 4.1-8.0 and above 30 MeV has been carried out according to the data obtained during the period from 6.11.1981 till 15.02.1982 on board the ''Venera-13'' and ''Venera-14'' space probes. The analysis of nine large-scale proton flux increases has revealed a good agreement of observed events and the general phenomenological model of low-energy proton propagation in a heterogeneous and non-stationary interplanetary medium. Cases of quick arrival of particles with high positive anisotropy from west flares, acceleration of particles on a shock wave front, accumulation of particles between fronts of magnetic heterogeneities (boundaries of interplanetary magnetic field spectra) have been confirmed. Deep negative anisotropy up to 50-70% has been observed at the phase of proton front growth in the end of November 10 and in the beginning of November 11 1981

AbstractAbstract
[en] Results are reviewed of measurements of low energy cosmic-ray characteristics obtained by means of the equipment installed on the ''Luna-19'' space station over the period from 28 November, 1971 to August 20, 1972. Proton fluxes with the energy of 1-5, 5-10, 10-40 MeV were mainly detected. A brief analysis both of individual events in cosmic rays and the general variation of intensity over the period from 1971 to 1972 is presented. Solar and geophysical data are used for the analysis. It is demonstrated that the period of the ''Luna-19'' operation corresponded to the secondary (anomalous) maximum on the decay of the solar activity in the 20th cycle. Assumptions concerning the nature of this maximum are formulated

AbstractAbstract
[en] By means of a detailed comparison of the data on the solar wind and the interplanetary magnetic field with the solar data, new features in the structure of the low-velocity solar wind are revealed and additional evidence on the solar-wind sources are obtained. These correlations were found in the data of April, 1968, and then confirmed at other time intervals. It is shown that the low-velocity solar wind corresponds to the areas of the steady-state solar chromosphere between groups of active regions; the low-velocity solar wind carries out weak largescale solar magnetic field with the sign corresponding to that of the weak interplanetary field; at the sign-inversion line of the interplanetary field, double bursts of density are observed the minimum density corresponding to the minimum intensity of the field. The hypothesis is put forward that coronal loop plasma structures carried by the solar wind to 1 a u. have been observed. A phenomenological model is suggested

AbstractAbstract
[en] The intensity modulation of galactic cosmic rays at 1 a.u. from the Sun is described in terms of nonstationary model. The dependences of the modulation coefficients characterizing the galactic cosmic ray fluxes to and from the Sun on solar activity level have been found. Consideration is also given to the dependences of the modulation parameters on time and cosmic ray energy
