AbstractAbstract
[en] This guide is made for actors involved in hydrogen mobility and committed in a project of deployment of hydrogen service stations. After a recall of the context and of the interest of hydrogen, it presents the different involved technologies (hydrogen production, delivery and storage, hydrogen use in electric mobility applications). It presents the various peculiarities of hydrogen (physical and chemical properties, specific risks, general principles in the management of projects of hydrogen mobility). It describes the different components of a hydrogen distribution service station: operational devices, aspects related to safety (storage area, compression area, charging station), implementation of a hydrogen distribution station (specifications, regulatory and standard prescriptions), safety in exploitation (safety-related maintenance activities, maintenance staff, interactions with users and with emergency services), on-site production of hydrogen by electrolysis (technologies, hydrogen management in the production unit, installation, implementation and maintenance), and deployment. It finally presents the hydrogen vehicle and its safety aspects: safety design and certification, vehicle use and maintenance, hydrogen leaks and confined spaces, in case of accident, vehicle lifetime and end of life
