AbstractAbstract
[en] This work is dedicated to studying near-equatorial electron fluxes under radiation belts. There have been large data collected about particles in ionosphere, so it is possible now to study some fine plasma effects, like sporadic splashes of fluxes of electrons with energy of hundreds keV under radiation belts (L<1.2). The data collected from three satellite experiments was used for analyses: microsatellite 'Kolibri-2000' (joined Russian-Australian experiment), 'Intercosmos-24' satellite, and 'Sprut-VI' experiment onboard the ISS. These experiments cover long time and altitude intervals. All three experiments showed us the existence of sporadic splashes of electron fluxes under radiation belts. It was shown that the distribution of this splashes has clear longitudinal dependence: there are three longitudinal areas with great number of splashes registered. The results are compared with the spacecraft and ground-based observations of the thunderstorm global activity. The thunderstorms are considered as a possible source of electron production near the geomagnetic equator. However, we have to take into account more possible sources of waves such as earthquakes. [en] Exact dynamic theories, induced by division of variables in the initial theory into background and final dynamic parts were constructed. Their certain nonequivalence for different choice of divided variables was established. Gauge invariance, following from 4-space shifts, and dynamic theories in GRT were discussed

AbstractAbstract
[en] Thermodynamics of oxygen nonstoichiometry of lanthanum-strontium cobaltite La0.7Sr0.3CoO3-y was studied. It is shown that in 1193-1433 K range the material is able both to release and to absorb oxygen from the limited volume of sealed-off CO2-laser. The obtained results enable to find the conditions of cathode operation as dosing unit or oxygen absorber from the working medium of laser

AbstractAbstract
[en] An effect of nitrogen pressure and oxygen content in zirconium nitride on the temperature of eutectic interaction of ZrN+W reversible liquid+Nsub(2) has been studied for investigating high-temperature compatibility of ZrN with refractory metals. A liquid phase has been detected by the metallographic analysis in the contact points of tungsten with zirconium nitride. It has been established that the temperature compatibility limit appreciably depends on an equilibrium nitrogen pressure: at 10 atm the materials are compatible up to 3570 K; at 2.10-4 atm up to 2770 K; for pressure above 10 atm zirconium nitride does not interact with tungsten almost up to its melting point. An oxygen impurity in zirconium nitride decreases considerably the temperature of eutectic interaction. With increasing oxygen content up to 1 wt.% the temperature compatibility limit of the materials drops by 300 deg C. At an oxygen concentration more than 2 wt.% the temperature of the interaction does not depend on the composition but is determined by the nitrogen pressure only
