AbstractAbstract
[en] A software for controlled digital modules operating in the CAMAC standard on-line with a BESM-4 computer is described. The digital modules ensure direct computer control of the complex. The software is realized as off-the-shelf programs in the NC-2 system, which combine universality with simplicity of handling. Assembly- language listings of these programs are presented. In the development of the standard subroutine SP-A ( program length n-1=127, working cells r=1/10 ) all functional capabilities of the digital modules were taken into account and the subroutine has been compiled to enable any of the modules to be controlled with its help. A special subroutine SP-B ( program length n-1=42, working cells r=1/7 ) is intended to operate with a controlled delay module. The subroutines were checked for operation with all modules. The modules communicate with the computer by means of an interface

AbstractAbstract
[en] An alpha-numeric display unit (VT-340) is described. It increases the efficiency of interaction between an experimental set up and an on-line computer by allowing direct visual information on the work of the apparatus and a direct control of the computer from the experiment. The display is connected to the computer by the interface unit IDV-571 and the adjoint apparatus for the BESM-4: KAMAC. The capacity of the memory and the screen is 16 lines with 80 signs. The maximal input/output rate is 1000 signs/s. The work of the display is described in form of standard programs for the system IS-2. The listings of these programs, written in assembler language, are given. The efficiency of this new dispaly has been proved in an accelerator experiment

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the framework of the impulse approximation, the relation between the effective cross section of the charge-exchange breakup of a fast deuteron d + a → (pp) + b and the effective cross section of the charge transfer process n + a → p + b is discussed. In doing so, the effects of the proton identity (Fermi-statistics) and of the Coulomb and strong interactions of protons in the final state are taken into account. The distribution over relative momenta of the protons, produced in the charge-exchange process d + p → (pp) + n in the forward direction, is investigated. At the transfer momenta being close to zero the effective cross section of the charge-exchange breakup of a fast deuteron, colliding with the proton target, is determined only by the spin-flip part of the amplitude of the charge transfer reaction n + p → p + n at the zero angle. It is shown that the study of the process d + p → (pp) + n in a beam of the polarized (aligned) deuterons allows one, in principle, to separate two spin-dependent terms in the amplitude of the charge transfer reaction n + p → p + n, one of which does not conserve and the other one conserves the projection of the nucleon spin onto the direction of momentum at the transition of the neutron into the proton

AbstractAbstract
[en] Delay controlled multichannel unit for registration of signals going via 200 m coaxial cable from the ALPHA setup scintillation hogoscope is descibed. Along with the functions of signal amplification and forming by 18 channels of data transfer the unit provides for the manual control via key switch the signal delay for each channel within 0 to 15 ns by 3 steps. As delay elements microcircuits of 138 series are used. The input and output signal levels are ECL. The unit was tested and introduced into the ALPHA setup apparatus complex during physical investigations on the deuteron beam of JINR synchrophasotron

AbstractAbstract
[en] Data interchange between synchrophasotron beam slow extraction system EC-101O computer and ALPHA spectrometer is described. The link between computers is realized by means of CAMAC serial interfaces. The link software consists of two foreground programs operating on the computer first interrupt level. Information interchange permits to reduce experimental installation tune time and to improve the reliability of physical information

AbstractAbstract
[en] A program for storing information and control of equipment for a magnetic spectrometer, which includes scintillation counters and proportional chambers, is described. The entire electronic equipment is designed according to the CAMAC standard. The program widely uses the possibilities of two-way ''device - computer'' communication by employing a display and computer-controlled logic blocks of the electronic equipment. The information is taped according to the international ISO standard with the aid of an ES-5012 storage device. The total information capacity received during a single pulse of accelerator radiation is 18K bits

AbstractAbstract
[en] The feasibility of the acceleration in the Nuclotron of deuterons polarized in the horizontal plane is considered. This horizontal polarization is named precessing polarization. The effects of the main magnetic field and synchrotron oscillations are included. The precessing polarization is supposed to be used in studying the polarization parameters of the elastic dp back-scattering and other experiments
