AbstractAbstract
[en] Consideration is given to a multichannel electronic integrator for magnetic measurements of a high-temperature plasma. The integrator permits filtering an useful signal off noises by the methods of time separation and algebraic addition of signals. The magnitude of a spurious signal at the output decreases by nearly one order of magnitude as compared with the level of an useful signal. The duration of integrated signals is between 100 μs and 20 ms. The dynamic range of the output voltages is +-8 V, the operating frequency band is 10 Hz - 20 kHz, the noise level is less than 5 mV. The electronic switches for time separation are based on field effect transistors. The open state of the gate is controllable within 500 μs -20 ms

[en] Methods for determination of equilibrium plasma configuration parameters in a stellarator using external magnetic measurements are considered. Measurements of a diamagnetic signal, total current in the plasma and the averaged in a big azimuth fluxes of the poloidal field of plasma currents are carried out. The theoretical model of plasma equilibrium in the stellarator based on a set of averaged MHD equations is used to analyze measurement results. Measurements of the poloidal velocity of oxygen impurity ion motion have been performed under conditions of joule plasma heating in the Uragan-2 stellarator. [en] A procedure for determining the parameters of the equilibrium plasma configuration in a stellarator by means of external magnetic measurements is discussed. The diamagnetic signal, the total current in the plasma, and the flux of the poloidal field of plasma currents, averaged over the major radius, have been measured. A theoretical model for the equilibrium of a plasma in a stellarator based on a system of averaged MHD equations is used to analyze the results. This procedure has been used in experiments in the Uragan-3 torsatron. The arrangement and calibration of the sensors for dealing with the effect of the metallic environment are discussed

[en] The experimental method was developed for evaluation of a hydrogen particle flux balance over a wide range of operating conditions in the Uragan-3M torsatron (U-3M) in the course of RF discharges. Standard pressure gauges were tested for measurement of non-stationary hydrogen pressure in the U-3M vacuum chamber. The average lifetime of hydrogen ions was determined for each operation mode of U-3M.
