[en] In this paper, we realize the field-theoretical renormalization group (RG) description in the two-loop approximation of the 3D and 2D models and model with arbitrary dimension from three to four of the weakly disordered systems with replica symmetry breaking (RSB) interaction potential of forth order on fluctuating fields. We carry out the solution of the RG equations with the use of the series summation method and the analysis of stability of various types of critical behaviour with respect to the RSB effects

[en] It is elaborated the procedure of density functional theory calculations of adsorption energy values for alkali metal atoms on metal substrates. Account is taken for corrections to the local density approximation for electron density inhomogeneity at surface. The substitutional adsorption leading to the formation of binary surface alloys is shown by investigations for the adsorption of alkali metal atoms on Al(111) to be energetically preferred over the activated adsorption for all coatings

Осуществлен учет поправок, связанных с неоднородностью электронной плотности в приповерхностной области. На примере адсорбции атомов щелочных металлов подложки из алюминия показано, что адсорбция, приводящая к появлению бинарных твердых растворов в приповерхностной области, является энергетически более выгодной для всех покрытий по сравнению с неактивированной адсорбциейOriginal Title

[en] Experience of developing the specialized power frequency converters for supplying the industrial electron accelerators of the transformer type is generalized. Designs and main schematic solutions of the converter units at the power up to 150 kW, realized by means of half-bridge IJBT assemblies, are considered. Using the two-phase supplying for the ELW type electron accelerators with the aim of decreasing the beam energy pulsations is discussed. The design of the two-phase inverter at the frequency of 1000 Hz and power of 500 kW for supplying the ELW-12 accelerator is considered
