AbstractAbstract
[en] The postradiative survival of one-day naupleus gamma-irradiated by single doses of 2.5; 5; 7.5 and 10 Gy at temperatures of 15, 22, 25 and 27 deg C is studied. The dependence of the irradiation effect on the artemia cultivation medium temperature is revealed, which should be taken into account in case of assessment of concrete dose effects. In the temperature range unfavourable for the artemia development the stimulating effect of gamma irradiation low doses (2.5-5 Gy is less manifested. With the artemia age a direct temperature dependence of survival enchances as well as the inverse dependence on the irradiation dose relative to the intact animals

AbstractAbstract
[en] The postradiative survival rate was studied in one-day Artemia nauplii γ-irradiation in doses equal to 2.5; 5; 7.5; 10 Gy at medium temperatures of 15, 22, 25, 270C, respectively. A relationship is established between the irradiation effect (stimulation or inhibition) and temperature of the medium. The analysis of Artemia survival rate for stages of development shows that age contributes to the Artemia survival rate, relative to control, dependences on temperature (direct) and on the irradiation dose (inverse). 2 references, 1 figure, 2 tables

AbstractAbstract
[en] Distribution of artificial radionuclides in water, soil and biota of the Dnieper-Bug estuary and the level of chromosome mutagenesis in benthos hydrobiont cells are studied. The results show the spotted character of radionuclide quantitative and qualitative distributions. Analysis of the distributions of chromosome reconstructions in hydrobiont cells reveals that these distributions correspond to the theoretical Poisson one
