AbstractAbstract
[en] The paper presents the results of a systematic analysis of the melting temperature of inter metal compounds of lead-lanthanide systems of the compositions Pb10Ln11, Pb3Ln5, Pb4Ln5 and PbLn2. Semiempirical method, which takes into account the peculiarities of the electronic structure of lanthanides and their influence on the properties of inter metal compounds, has determined and/or clarified the melting points of inter metal compounds of these compositions. On their basis the regularity of change of melting temperature of inter metal compounds depending on the nature of lanthanides with the manifestation of 'tetrad-effect' has been established. A mathematical model of regularities within lanthanide subgroups has been developed and compiled. (author)

[en] The paper presents the results of system analysis of melting temperature of intermetallic compounds of lead-lanthanide system Pb3Ln5, PbLn2 and PbLn3. The analysis was carried out by the semi-empirical method developed by N. S. Poluektov with employees, which takes into account the features of the electronic structure of lanthanides and their influence on properties of intermetallic compounds. Certain and / or refined melting temperatures of these compounds allowed to determine regularities of their change depending on nature of lanthanides and to elaborate their mathematical models.
