AbstractAbstract
[en] Since it was set up in 1973, the bussines activities of Equipos Nucleares have adapted to Spanish and international market demands. This article describes its history, its resources, it work and its future prospects centering around the nuclear product, both in component manufacturing and in maintenance services. (Author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The transference of energy from a radiation to a medium is analyzed in this work, applying this effect to the organics detectors Ca-80 and LR-115. The statistic function F(E,x) will determine this linear transference, calculated by means of advanced methods of Cramers through the theory of centrals moments. The obtained equation for dE/dx will fix the frame way of optimization of these polymer as detector of radiation alfa. This optimization is concluded for the range of energy from 0,9 to 2,3 MeV, and a L.E.T. expression is generalized for other polymers. Numerous experiences of detection of particles alpha of different energies confirm the correction of the dE/dx deducted. The F(E,x) function we are dealing with considers only effects of 'collision'. AbstractAbstract
[en] The ionizing radiation induces in organics detectors such as the cellulose nitrate CA 80-15 and LR-115 an effect of induced polarization which contribute to modify the L.E.T. of them, and contribute to the formation of track in these detectors, too. Using electrodynamic methods, we conclude here, through the structure of the polarization potential of induced polarization potential. The L.E.T. of this detector you can observe the close relation between the generalized expression of this L.E.T. in these polymers and one deduced in these papers. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Starting from Voinov and Garipov's lagrangian statements on the problem of dynamic evolution of bubbles in liquids, this work is trying to determine some diffusion equations of solid particles in little dense matter like gases or liquids, aiming at applying it to the tracing of matter in atmospheric diffusion and the tracing of corpuscles in liquids. All the resulting equations lead to a solution given as a tensor θij related to the velocity states vi defined as vi=< nabla Γ>, and to the potential from which derive. One has had in mind the factor of mutual correlation between the diffusing particles. This increases the scope of application of these equations to Chemistry and to Biomedical Sciences. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The purpose of this paper is to present the status of two projects that are in progress, to construct facilities for the retrieval, treatment and solidification of the liquid radwaste which has been accrued during the operations of the above RBMK reactors. In the context of the international assistance. for both improving the safety of the RBMK reactors and for preparing the future decommissioning of Chernobyl, the European Commission and The European-Bank for Reconstruction and Development have launched two separate projects for the construction of the Liquid Radwaste Treatment Facilities at Leningradskaia NPP (LNPP) and at Chernobyl NPP (ChNPP): - in '96, as part of the TACIS 93-94 programme, the LNPP has put the project out to tender, with EC support: the corresponding contract was awarded to SGN in '99. This project is the first 'turnkey' project awarded within the TACIS procedures in the domain of nuclear safety. SGN is sole Prime Contractor; Italtrend (Italy) is the Procurement Agent, mandated by the EC. MAGNOX Electric (UK) is assisting LNPP with the technical issues. VNIPIET (RF) is supporting LNPP with the licensing procedures. - In '97, as part of the projects financed through the Nuclear Safety Account, EBRD has launched the tender procedures for the project at ChNPP. In September '99, the Contract was awarded by ENERGOATOM to a Consortium consisting of BELGATOM (Belgium), ANSALDO (Italy) and SGN for the turnkey construction of the Liquid Radwaste Facility at Chernobyl NPP. The Consortium Westinghouse/NNC/KIEP is the Project Management Unit selected by EBRD for assisting ENERGOATOM. - It should be pointed out that, in parallel, the Ignalina NPP (Lithuania) has launched a tender for a similar facility, without any international support. The corresponding contract has not been awarded, due to the lack of financing. This project is likely to be re-launched in the context of the EU enlargement. (authors)
