[en] The article presents the results of study of cryolite obtaining from aluminum salts (AICI3 and NaAIO2) obtained from local aluminum-containing ores: nepheline syenites of Turpi Deposit and Tokmak rock alum ores by sintering followed by decomposition of obtained sinter with water and mineral acid. Hydrochloric acid is used as an acid for processing ores. From a hydrochloric acid solution of aluminum, as well as sodium aluminate, cryolite was obtained by treating salts with sodium fluoride. [en] The conditions for processing of alunite from the Tokmak deposit in Tajikistan by sintering with sodium sulfate are considered. The characteristics of alunite minerals from the Tokmak deposit were determined by means of crystal optical and X-ray phase analysis methods. The extraction rate of components from composition of alunite ores (aluminium, iron and potassium oxides) was revealed depending on sintering temperature and mass ratio of ore to sodium sulfate. [en] This article presents the results of study of processes of aqueous and hydrochloric acid decomposition of cake obtained during the joint sintering processing of Turpi nepheline syenites and Ak-Arkhar borosilicate ores with magnesium chloride. The influence of various physicochemical factors has been studied both at the stage of aqueous treatment of cake and during the hydrochloric acid decomposition of solid silicate residue insoluble in water. The mineralogical composition of mixture of substances formed under various conditions of processing of raw materials and solid residues has also been defined. The conditions for each technological stage of processing raw materials, intermediate and final products have been determined. The technological regimes for introducing raw material processing processes have been found. (author)

[en] The article considers the complex processing of nepheline syenites of the Turpi Deposit and borosilicate ore of Ak-Arkhar Deposit by sintering with magnesium chloride. The article presents the results of studies of joint processing of nepheline syenites from the Turpi Deposit and borosilicates of Ak-Arkhar Deposit by means of sintering with magnesium chloride method. The influence of various physicochemical factors on the process of extraction the components of ores during their sintering with magnesium chloride has been studied. The optimal parameters of the process of sintering ores with magnesium chloride, which ensure the maximum extraction of components from the composition of ores and the recycle of magnesium chloride in the technological branch at the stage of ores sintering have been defined. The flowsheet of complex processing of Turpi nepheline syenites and Ak-Arkhar borosilicate ores by sintering with magnesium chloride with subsequent aqueous and hydrochloric acid of the cake has been elaborated and proposed. AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of study of nepheline syenites processing from Turpi Deposit by sintering with magnesium chloride followed by decomposition of obtained sinter with water and hydrochloric acid have been considered. It has been defined that during aqua treatment of the cake, potassium, sodium and magnesium chlorides pass into the liquid phase, and during the hydrochloric acid decomposition of the solid silicate residue from aqua treatment of the cake, aluminum, iron and calcium are extracted in the form of hydrochloric acid salts. The optimal technological conditions for each stage of processing of raw materials separately (sintering, treatment, and hydrochloric acid decomposition of the solid silicate residue from the treatment of the cake) have been defined. Based on the results of the study, a technological scheme for processing of Turpi nepheline syenites by sintering with magnesium chloride is proposed. (author)
