AbstractAbstract
[en] Method for measuring initial gas concentration in light lines by the rayleigh scattering is proposed and realized. high spatial resolution and sensitivity are peculiar features of this method. Local density heterogeneities, which could not be determined by interferometry, were registered by this method in stand experiments. Methodology for measuring initial particles density in light gaseous liners by the rayleigh scattering is describe comparison of this method with the interferometry method is carried out. Application of the Rayleigh scattering of the excimer (Xe Cl) laser for diagnostics of hole cylindrical gas jets, used in multiple experiments on magnetic implosion of light current-carrying shells, is demonstrated

AbstractAbstract
[en] Rayleigh scattering of a laser beam in a gas jet is proposed for the measurements of initial density distribution of gas-puff liners. The scattering method has several advantages when compared with interferometry. In particular, it provides information on the local gas density, it is more sensitive, and the output data can be absolutely calibrated. Theoretical background of the method is briefly discussed in the paper and the optical setup used in real experiments is described. Imaging of the scattering object make it possible to detect detailed profiles of the investigated gas jet, as illustrated by several examples taken from the experiment. AbstractAbstract
[en] Dynamics of diode plasma scattering of the ''Mirasch'' REB high-current accelerator is studied by the schlieren method. The accelerator has the voltage of 800 kV, current of 200 kA at pulse duration of 60 ns under beam focusing refime. Diagnuostics comprises laser probing of a diode within a wide wavelength range (0.266 μm < lambda <= 5.23 μm) with the use of different optical schemes. Deceleration of anode plasma in a dode gap is discovered, kinematic and dynamic characteristics of plasma motion are studied, and anode plasma temperature is determined. Experimental results are compared with calculations for the case of a flat plasma layer

AbstractAbstract
[en] DThA and RPA methods were used to investigate crystallization of the ZrF4-BaF2-LaF3-NaF system glasses. It is shown that this process proceeds at 2-3 stages. In this case increase of NaF content in glass results in shift of vitrification temperature to the range of lower temperatures, crystallization temperatures change analogously. Crystallization phases separated in glasses at different thermal treatment stages have been identified by means of RPA. Separated crystalline phases exist in sufficiently narrow temperature range. The most symmetric cubic γ-ZrF4 is separated as the first crystalline phase what is related to maximum approximation of local symmetry of cubic phase to glass symmetry. Phase composition of partially crystallized glasses is related to the structure of fluoride glasses at all stages

[en] X-ray diffraction investigation into the structure of isomorphous crystals of BaGe4O9 composition and solid Pbsub(2/3)Srsub(1/3)Gesub(4)Osub(9) solution related to the sp. gr. P321, Z=3 was conducted. Lattice parameters: a=11.608(6), c=4.768(2) and a=11.385(4), c=4.753(1) A respectively. Additional Ge-O contacts of 2.7-2.8 A value were noted for tetrahedrally coordinated germanium atom. They affect sufficiently the conformational peculiarities of benitoite-like skeleton. Analysis of X-ray diffraction data of crystals composed on the basis of (B(C3O9)- skeleton (where B=Ge4+, Ti4+, Sn4+, Nb5+, Ta5+; C=Ge4+, Si4+) and belonging to structural types of benitoite and wadeite supports mentioned peculiarities of germanium atom coordination

[en] Paper describes technique of plasma laser probing in the S-300 high-current generator on the basis of YAG:Nd laser. The first way enabled to produce 3-picture shadow or Schlieren-pictures of plasma of accelerator load with 10 ns exposure and 25 ns picture range. The second way enabled 5-picture probing of plasma with 1 ns exposure and 10 ns range. Shortening of laser pulse was implemented due to the Mandelstam-Brillouin forced scattering effect in carbon tetrachloride. One obtained series of both shadow and Schlieren-pictures of plasma of various liners and Z-pinches. Paper discusses reasons of image occurrence in pictures and evaluates concentrations and concentration gradients of the recorded plasma

Описана методика лазерного зондирования плазмы на сильноточном генераторе С-300 на основе YAG:Nd-лазера. Первый вариант позволял получать 3-кадровые теневые или шлирен-снимки плазмы нагрузок ускорителя с экспозицией 10 нс и интервалом между кадрами 25 нс. Второй вариант позволял проводить 5-кадровое зондирование плазмы с экспозицией 1 нс и интервалом 10 нс. Укорочение лазерного импульса осуществлялось за счет эффекта вынужденного рассеяния Мандельштама-Бриллюэна в четыреххлористом углероде. Получены серии теневых и шлирен-фотографий плазмы различных лайнеров и Z-пинчей.
