[en] A plasma jet method for the synthesis of graphene and carbon nanotubes with mesoporosity and hydrophobicity has been developed. The resulting materials are incorporated into the electrodes for the supercapacitor. Measurements were performed on cyclic charge/discharge by direct current, on the basis of which the dependences of the capacitance and internal resistance of the supercapacitor were calculated. It has been established that the use of graphene reduces the resistance of a supercapacitor compared to carbon nanotubes

Разработан плазмоструйный метод синтеза графена и углеродных нанотрубок, обладающих мезопористостью и гидрофобностью. Полученные материалы введены в состав электродов для суперконденсатора. Проведены измерения по циклическому заряд/разряд постоянным током, на основе которых рассчитаны зависимости емкости и внутреннего сопротивления суперконденсатора.
