AbstractAbstract
[en] The nucleon densities ρq(q=n, p) of three hot nuclei - 40Ca, 90Zr and 208Pb - at several temperatures are determined by a thermal self-consistent semiclassical (TSCSC) calculation. These densities are utilized, together with the nuclear matter approach and local density approximation (LDA), to evaluate nucleon-nucleus optical potentials at finite temperature. The potentials obtained in this way are fully self-consistent and microscopic at the level of nucleon density, since the same Skyrme force SKa is employed in determining the nucleon densities of target nuclei and in calculating the potentials. The temperature dependence of the nucleon mean free path (MFP) is evaluated and analysed using this optical potential. The influence of temperature on the potential and MFP is better taken care of by the present approach than by previous calculations with Negele's temperature-independent empirical densities. The extension of the present calculation to the high-energy region and the approximate evaluation of the optical potentials, using the low-temperature expansion to the Fermi-Dirac integrals, are also discussed in this paper. [en] Under the assumption on the temperature independence of the parameters of the Skyrme interactions, the formula of deuteron-nucleus self-consistent microscopic optical potentials are derived with the utilization of the mass operator method of Green function and the semi-classical variation approach. The temperature dependence of d + 40Ca and d + 90Zr optical potentials at different energies is discussed

AbstractAbstract
[en] The analytical formula for deuteron-nucleus microscopic optical potentials is derived by using the mass operator method of Green function, and the nucleon density distributions of target nuclei are determined with the semiclassical variation (SCV) approach. These formula and density distributions are utilized to evaluate the real and imaginary parts of 2D + 40Ca, 2D + 90Zr and 2D + 208Pb optical potentials at different energies. The potentials obtained in this way are fully self-consistent and microscopic, since the same Skyrme interaction is employed in determining the nucleon density distributions of target nuclei and in calculating the potentials

[en] Based on the finite temperature self-consistent semiclassical (FTSCSC) approach and the local density approximation (LDA), the imaginary part of the microscopic nucleon-nucleus optical potential is evalusted and discussed. This work indicates the necessity of using temperature dependent nucleon density in dealing with optical potentials at finite temperature

[en] The relationship between the enlargement factor (hFE) value of a transistor and the electron flux, beam current, annealing temperature and annealing time etc. are studied in this paper. The study shows the hFE value of transistor can be decreased efficiently by electron beam irradiation and can be stabilized by annealing. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Technical feasibility about the preservation of Antheraea pernyi's eggs, which are used as middle hosts of Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura, irradiated by electron beam is studied. The effects of radiation dose, storage temperature on preservative time of eggs are discussed. The results reveal that the preservative time of Antheraea pernyi's eggs irradiated by electron beam, combining with storage in a refrigerator, is notable prolonged in contrast with the control. When the irradiated eggs stored in a refrigerator for 89 days are serviced as hosts, the parasitic percentage for Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura is about 80%. Besides, the emergence percentage, average numbers of parasitoids reproduced out of one egg, as well as body size, growing stage periods, and the sexual rate of descendant are all normal. Irradiated eggs have not any adverse effects on the abilities of Trichogramma species and their offspring in both bearing and controlling insect pests
