[en] The problem of radioisotope diagnosis development at medical institutions of the RSFSR from 1974 to 1977 is discussed. A comparative analysis of the radiodiagnostic laboratories is given. A wider use of radiopharmaceutical drugs, a considerable increase in the volume of radiodiagnostic research mainly in diseases of the thyroid gland, hepatobiliary system and the kidneys are noted
