AbstractAbstract
[en] Garvey-Kelson relations are checked with the use of modern values of atomic masses. It is shown that at empirical approach to description of nuclei masses with A=20-40 the function of N-Z must be even-numbered and different for nuclei of different evenness. This conclusion is used for prediction of masses of neutron-deficient nuclei with A=20-40, which allows to refine the boundaries of proton stability of nuclei in this region and to predict the existence of 31Ar nucleus with two-proton activity

[en] The error of measuring charged particle energy in magnetic spectrometers is mainly determined by the error of measuring coordinates along the focal surface. To provide 0.01% error of energy measurement, the error of 0.09-0.85 mm of determining the position of peak maxima by coordinate detector depending on spectrograph type is necessary. The factors are considered which determine the error of coordinate measurement in the spark chamber with the sonic method of determining coordinates and with interelectrode gap of 3 mm filled to 10 μm. The main parameters of nonlinear dependence are determined according to results of measurements with a collimated a-source. The main regularities in the shift of spark straightening point are established. It is shown that the argon spark chamber with the sonic method and one microphone allows to achieve the error of coordinate measurements of approximately 10 μm (error of peak position alteration) irrespective of the angle of particle incidence on the detector. The account of nonliniarity effects of shock waves propagation in a spark chamber applied in a magnetic spectrograph has allowed to obtain a calibration formula more physical, precise with smaller amount of parameters than existed before
