[en] The matrix elements of the M-3Y force are adopted as the equivalent G-matrix elements and the folded diagram method is used to calculate the spectra of 18O and 18F. The results show that the matrix elements of the M-3Y force as the equivalent G-matrix elements are suitable for microscopic calculations of the nuclei in the s-d shell
