AbstractAbstract
[en] After the 18th Party Congress, the Central Committee of the Communist Party put forward the concept of 'innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing' the five development ideas. The first mention of the 'implement the most stringent environmental protection system' and the 'beautiful China' was written in the 13th five-year planning, ecological environmental protection is on an unprecedented height. However, as the radioactive uranium mine, some problems existing in the development and construction of the national economic construction and the development of the contradiction between the concepts, have become increasingly prominent, which is need to be solved. Through comparison at home and abroad uranium mining safety and environmental protection status and existing gap, from the establishment of evaluation system of green uranium mining and metallurgy, carrying out the basic theory research and innovation, promotion key technology research and development as well as construction of major demonstration projects, the way to build up the green security uranium mine in China and the safeguard measures are put forward. AbstractAbstract
[en] In the development process for sandstone type uranium deposits, drilling is revealed uranium ore layer and the main approaches of uranium mining. The reasonable design and high quality drilling hole is the key to guarantee steady production and continuous operation. Based on in-situ leaching process drilling status quo and existing problems, this paper puts forward new in-situ drilling technology development trend and research and development idea. On in-situ leaching uranium mine in our country big base construction control drilling development has a certain guiding significance. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Seething deposit, located in Tu ha basin of Xinjiang, is one of new uranium discoveries recent year. This sandstone type uranium occurs in weak permeable confined aquifer. Preliminary works for the possibility of ISL was begun in 2000, including lab tests and field tests. It is indicated from lab test that 87.2-95.8% of uranium could be leached by H2SO4 and 67.5-89.2% by NH4HCO3. The field tests, however, are unpleasant by acid leaching using 2-10g/l H2SO4 and 0.15-0.3g/l H2O2. During field test, the scaling in ore horizon, the decline of pumping/injection rate, the corrosion of equipment and the lower uranium content in pregnant solution are brought about. These are caused by complexity of formation construct, high content of CO2 in ore as well as TDS, Cl-, Ca2+ in groundwater. Therefore, the third field test is going to be conducted by NH4HCO3. The geology and hydrogeology of the deposit, test results and some viewpoints obtained from test are proposed and discussed in the paper. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The connotation and signification of four innovations carried out by Tongliao Uranium Co., Ltd., CNNC, were introduced. The four innovations involved science and technology progress, system and mechanism, safety and environmental protection, and cooperation mode. Through innovations, key technical problems were solved, a project management mode of 'small core with big cooperation' was established, a high-efficient talent team was set up on the basis of 'new project with new mechanism', the first uranium mining enterprise by CO2 + O2 in-situ leaching process was set up in accordance with advanced safety and environmental protection concept, and the corporation between Tongliao Uranium Co., Ltd. (CNNC) and Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd., was promoted. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Based on in-situ leaching uranium techniques, taking Qianjiadian uranium deposit for example, contrastive analysis of develop resources design utilization coefficient and actual utilization coefficient for uranium mine was carried out. Mining utilization coefficient for in-situ leaching was discussed from ore body scale, exploratory grid degree, resource type change and resource estimation method. Furthermore, combination of the engineering development experience, some relevant recommendations for utilization coefficient for sandstone type uranium resource were proposed. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The author presents the study results of applying computer technology to evaluate quantitatively the technical-economic feasibility of in-situ leaching mining sandstone uranium deposits. A computer system software have been developed. Under specifying deposit conditions and given production size per year, the application of the software will generate total capital and mine life operating costs as well as solve for the movable and static financial assessment targets through discounted cash flow analysis. According to the characters of two kinds of sandstone uranium deposits, a data bases of economic and technique parameters of in-situ leaching have been designed. Also the system software can be used to study the economic value of deposits and to optimize the key project parameters. Its features, data input method and demand, main functions, structure and operating environments are described

AbstractAbstract
[en] The equation of state of alkili uranyl solutions is proposed, by which the distributions of U (VI) species and on them effects of compositions and pH value can be calculated theoretically, based on competitive coordination chemistry and the concept of general coordination. The competition coordination means competition of coordination reactions of U (VI) ∼carbonate with hydrolysis of soluble U (VI) and protonation of carbonate. It can be calculated and predicted that effects of compoment and pH on solution chemistry of U (VI) and distribution of U (VI) species by this equation of state. The results are shown (l) stabilities of U (VI) solutions are positively relative to uranium concentrations; (2) dual nuclear and polynuclear species could be eliminated when the minimum of molar ratio of carbonate to uranium (P_m_i_n) is less than 0.05; (3)hydrolysis of alkali U (VI) solutions of I mol/L could be dominated when P_m_i_n is not less than 5.3. The uranium concentration is lower, and P_m_i_n higher. (authors)
