AbstractAbstract
[en] The methodology for determining the energy parameters, based on the description of the thermodesorption at one heating rate, is proposed. The energy characteristics of the centers, related to the helium accumulation in the irradiated boron carbide, are identified. It is shown, that the helium-accumulation center, disintegrating qt 100-150 deg C, is characterized by the disintegration activation energy of 23 eV (the assumed nature of the center is the cluster or complex from the helium internodal atoms). The helium accumulation centers, disintegrating at 800-1000 Deg C, are characterized by the activation energy of 0.65-0.75 eV (the assumed nature of the center is the helium-vacancy pores)

Предлагается методика определения энергетических параметров, основанная на описании спектров термодесорбции при одной скорости нагрева. Найдены энергетические характеристики центров, связанных с накоплением гелия в облученном карбиде бора. Показано, что центр накопления гелия, разрушающийся при 100-150 град С, характеризуется энергией активации разрушения 0.23 эВ (предполагаемая природа центра - кластер или комплекс из междоузельных атомов гелия). AbstractAbstract
[en] Precipitation of atoms and defects can substantially change mechanical, electrical and optical properties of materials. Its kinetics is usually described by some model of diffusion-limited process. Evidence of anomalous diffusion of impurities and defects in disordered solids stimulates to develop generalized models. In present work, we study the kinetics of subdiffusion-limited growth and dissolution of nanoprecipitates in disordered solids on the base of subdiffusion equations with fractional derivatives. Analytical results are compared with Monte Carlo simulation data. Foundation of the fractional model of subdiffusion-limited Ostwald ripening is proposed.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The mechanism of generation of surface plasmon polaritons in the THz and far-IR ranges by laser irradiation of arrays of single-walled carbon nanotubes is considered. It is shown that by varying the angle of incidence of the laser beam, one can change the frequency of generated surface plasmon polaritons. As consequence, the nanotube length can be matched to the laser wavelength for efficient conversion of cw laser radiation to the THz range.
