AbstractAbstract
[en] The temperature control system on the reduction unit has been designed. The activities include: identification of the load, the manufacture of wiring systems, installation and functional test. Identification of the load to determine the voltage, current, power and number of phases needed by each load. Wiring instrument control system aims is to ease the work of the component installation. Function test of the system on the reduction unit is useful to understand the performance of temperature control system post design. The result of the design and function test temperature control system on the reduction unit shows that: the temperature control system can be operated safely to handle the main load and supporting load on reduction unit. The main load is heater in zone 1 to 3 with voltage between 212 to 221 Volts AC and currents from 20.6 to 23.3 Amperes AC and operating time 196 minutes is obtained at room temperature reductor 27 to 950 °C with a heat rate of 4.71 °C/minutes. Supporting the load is vacuum pump 3-phase 380 Volts 3.6 Amperes and emergency cooling pump current 0.5 Amperes voltage 221 Volt. (author)
