[en] Paper dwells upon the results of both theoretical and experimental efforts to study the regenerated uranium isotope ratio correction in 232U by the centrifuge method with the carrier gas injection. To improve the efficiency of 232U extraction from the spent uranium and to reduce 232U losses one analyzes the use of a carrier gas, that is, a gaseous, uranium hexafluoride inactive 12C8H3F13 compound with Mn = 346 u molar mass corresponding to 232UF6 molar mass. C8H3F13 freon is shown to remain undecomposed under operation in the centrifuge rotor and to remain inactive with the centrifuge materials. According to the measured parameters on the freon adsorption in NaF sodium fluoride, it is possible to separate efficiently the mixture of the uranium hexafluoride and freon with the freon to be reinjected in the separating process. The carrier gas involvement in the centrifuge process is shown to ensure as follows: to reduce the radioactivity of the finished product, to normalize the production radiation conditions, to increase 235U extraction into the finished product, to reduce the radwaste. The extraction of 235U into the finished product may reach 99% and higher. In this case, 232U content in the finished product will constitute ∼2x10-8% being by 10 times lower the maximum permissible value equal to 2x10-7%

Приведены результаты теоретических и экспериментальных работ по исследованию коррекции изотопного состава регенерированного урана по 232U центробежным методом с введением газа-носителя. Для повышения эффективности выделения 232U из отработанного урана и снижения потерь 235U рассмотрено использование газа-носителя - газообразного, инертного к гексафториду урана соединения 12С8Н3F13 молярной массой Мн = 346 а.е.м., что соответствует молярной массе 232UF6. Показано, что фреон C8H3F13 не разлагается при работе в роторе центрифуги и не взаимодействует с материалами центрифуги. Измеренные параметры адсорбции фреона на фториде натрия NaF подтвердили возможность эффективного разделения смеси гексафторида урана и фреона с возвратом фреона в разделительный процесс. Показано, что с введением газа-носителя в центробежную технологию возможно получить новые результаты: снизить радиоактивность товарного продукта, нормализовать общую радиационную обстановку на производстве, увеличить извлечение 235U в товарный продукт, уменьшить объем радиоактивных отходов. Извлечение 235U в товарный продукт может быть увеличено до 99% и более. При этом содержание 232U в товарном продукте составит ∼2х10-8%, что в 10 раз меньше предельно допустимого значения 2х10-7%Original Title

[en] The comprehensive engineering and radiological survey (CERS) of Bochvar VNIINM war performed in 2010-2012. During the performance of the survey, radiometric measurements were taken to determine the total activity of α-emitting radionuclides in the air of work rooms, gas releases and in the environment, α- and β-emitting radionuclides in the air of work rooms, air releases from the site, waste waters, samples of snow, soil and vegetation, and in process oils. As a result of the work, experience was obtained in performing CERS of buildings and territory, standardized CERS programmes were developed, essential information was collected about radioactive contamination of both buildings and territory of the Bochvar VNIINM

В 2010-2012 годах проводилось комплексное инженерное и радиационное обследование (КИРО) ОАО ВНИИНМ. При радиационном обследовании проводилось радиометрическое определение суммарной активности α-излучающих нуклидов в воздухе рабочих помещений, выбросах и окружающей воздушной среде, α- и β-излучающих нуклидов в воздухе рабочих помещений, воздушных выбросах предприятия, сточных водах, пробах снега, грунте и растительности, технических маслах. В результате проведенных работ были отработаны методы ведения инженерного и радиационного обследования зданий и территории, разработаны типовые программы КИРО, получена необходимая информация о радиоактивном загрязнении территории и объектов ОАО ВНИИНМOriginal Title
